This is one of the first NLP books I`ve read. Bought it about a decade ago, but read it since 5 or 6 times. It`s one of Dilts` best works, in my opinion. I`m in sales, but the techniques and ideas in this book have helped me a lot. The exploration of beliefs is well explained, and the language is not too hard to understand. Yes, the book is a bit hard to read, but you know what - if you only read the easy stuff, as someone smarter than me said, you won`t grow! You have to get through the hard stuff, sometimes, to get better and improve yourself. This is a highly recommended book for all self-help readers, not just therapists.
