Development of a quality training system There are six qualities that put a great system above the rest: •speed •force • coaching work •interaction • attitude to training • restoration In most cases, lifters and coaches focus on the exercises, sets, and reps of the program rather than coaching, interaction, attitudes toward training, and rest. For the program to work, each of these six qualities mentioned above needs to be addressed. If you miss one of these qualities, you are stealing from yourself, your teammates, and your athletes.
